Awarded Automotive Cybersecurity International Standard- ISO/SAE 21434 certification by TUV NORD
CarUX, a subsidiary of Innolux, has obtained TUV NORD ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity certification for automotive cybersecurity, becoming the first automotive smart displays manufacturer to get the certification. In recent years, information security incidents in the automotive industry around the world have emerged endlessly.  In view of the importance of information security in the Vehicle-to-everything, and in order to reduce the risk of vehicle product design and production, CarUX has passed Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capability (ASPICE), ISO 26262 Road vehicles- Functional Safety, and Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX). Recently, CarUX obtained ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity certification for automotive cybersecurity issued by TUV NORD, becoming the first manufacturer to get the cybersecurity certification for automotive smart displays.

TUV NORD pointed out that the introduction of the ISO/SAE 21434 international standard aims to solve the cybersecurity problems of the automotive industry, and it is also in line with the vehicle regulations of ECE R155 issued by UNECE: The requirement of vehicle cybersecurity system management for supply chain. When vehicles become highly digitalized, the risk of information security will also increase sharply.  Security problems caused by hacker attacks will threaten vehicle safety and consumer privacy. The importance for Information security in the automotive industry is imminent.
